en Español... NOT ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS. Our Spanish speaking immigration attorneys can help you find the best options for you and your family.
Family Based Immigration Visas
The most common method for people to become legal permanent residents is by having a close family member submit a petition for alien relative, also known as the I-130. If you qualify for a green card you will have to complete the process through consular processing or adjust status in your regional USCIS office. If you have been in the United States without permission, or entered without inspection, it is imperative that you consult with an attorney before submitting anything to USCIS as you might need a waiver.
Non-Immigrant Visas
If you do not have a close family member that can submit an I-130 for you, you may still have other options such as the U-visa for victims of domestic violence and other certain crimes, victims of human trafficking, and many more.
Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals(DACA)
Initial and renewal applications are nce again accepted. You may now also apply for advance parole.
